BidScout (“we”) operates the website bidscout.us. This policy explains what we collect during our pre-launch beta and how we use it.
When you join the waitlist we collect the email address you submit. We also automatically record basic context about how you arrived: referring website, UTM campaign parameters, the landing page URL, your browser user-agent string, and an approximate country derived from your network connection.
We use this information solely to (1) contact you about BidScout’s beta and launch, and (2) understand which channels bring interested visitors so we can build the right product. We do not sell your information.
We share data only with infrastructure providers that operate the service on our behalf (currently Cloudflare for hosting and data storage, and an email delivery provider). We do not share your email with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
We keep waitlist data until launch or until you ask us to delete it. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@bidscout.us. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe option.
